M.Ramiz Technical Services provides professional home maintenance and repair services including plumbing, electrical work, AC repair, solar water heater maintenance, washing machine repair, and pool maintenance throughout Dubai and the UAE.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Service charges are based on the type of work, materials required, and time involved.

4.2 Quotes: Free inspection and quotations are provided before commencing work. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service.

4.3 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/Debit cards (where applicable)

4.4 Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Service Guarantee and Warranty

5.1 Workmanship Guarantee: We provide a 30-day guarantee on all workmanship. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our service, we will fix it free of charge.

5.2 Parts Warranty: Replacement parts are covered by manufacturer warranty terms. Original warranty documentation will be provided where applicable.

5.3 Exclusions: Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or natural wear and tear after service completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the service required
  • Ensure safe access to the work area
  • Secure pets and valuables during service
  • Be present or have an authorized representative during service
  • Notify us of any hazardous conditions at the property
  • Provide accurate contact information for scheduling and communication

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Insurance: We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7.2 Property Damage: We take utmost care to protect your property. Any damage caused by our technicians during service will be reported immediately and addressed in accordance with our insurance policy.

7.3 Exclusions: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, or damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.

8. Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency services are available for urgent plumbing, electrical, and AC issues. Emergency service rates may differ from standard rates. We aim to respond to emergency calls within 30-60 minutes in the Dubai area, subject to traffic and availability.

9. Licensing and Compliance

All our technicians are licensed by Dubai Municipality and comply with UAE regulations. We maintain valid trade licenses and insurance as required by law. Electrical and plumbing work is performed in accordance with UAE building codes and safety standards.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of M.Ramiz Technical Services and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE data protection regulations. Customer information is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Complaints: We are committed to customer satisfaction. Any complaints should be reported within 7 days of service via phone or email.

12.2 Resolution: We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with UAE law.

12.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
